Backflow Specialty Equipment Company, Inc. (BASECO) has a $1,000 minimum order requirement. BASECO will provide bid proposals upon request. Requests for proposals that do not meet the minimum order requirement will be referred to the most appropriate distributor.

Orders are shipped the day after they are received. All shipping is FOB origin, pre-paid, and billed to the customer by BASECO.

Returns will be addressed on an individual basis. Return freight will be paid by the customer and a restocking charge of 15% may be applied. No returns will be accepted 30 days after the shipping date from BASECO. Custom orders made to the customer’s specification cannot be returned.

Neither BaseCo nor its distributors guarantee that the use of the Cozy™ line of insulated covers will prevent freezing.

Warranty:

There is no warranty, implied, or otherwise, on the Cozy™ line of insulated backflow prevention assembly covers regarding thermal damage to the covers or the backflow prevention assemblies. BASECO warrants the materials and the construction for three years so long as the cover was not subjected to physical or chemical abuse (such abuse includes, but is not limited to, being run over by a lawn mower, vandalism, acid, etc.).
